The Foam Concrete Mixing Machine BAS250 is designed for the production of foam concrete by mechanically whipping cement-sand mixture and foam (depending on the formulation) followed by pneumatic unloading on a concrete pipe to the place of use. It allows to fill in walls, floors, roofs, filling of prepared building voids, manufacturing blocks of foam concrete and polystyrene concrete of various sizes, density and purpose.
Foam сoncrete mixing machine BAS250 is universal and allows to produce foam concrete, polystyrene concrete and other materials on the basis of concrete mix. The mixer promotes active mixing of concrete mass, intensive air entrainment and even distribution of all its components to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
It allows to create excess internal pressure with the help of a air compressor with a capacity of 300 liters / min with a receiver of 50 liters (available separately) and supplying the mixture to the installation site by means of compressed air.
Foam сoncrete mixing machine BAS250 is designed for a power supply network of 380 volts. Can produce up to two cubic meters of foam concrete (CLC) per hour. Equipment BAS250 during operation, even in the most severe conditions, practically does not require maintenance.
