BAS500 foam concrete machine overview
Mobile foam concrete machines for the lightweight concrete manufacturing of increased productivity BAS500 is designed for the manufacturing of foam concrete by mechanical whipping of cement-sand mixture and foam (depending on the formulation) followed by pneumatic unloading on a concrete pipe to the place of use. BAS500 belongs to the class of powerful mobile foam concrete machines. It is characterized by high volume and high power in its class. Allows the production of pouring walls, floors, roofs. Filling of the prepared building voids, manufacturing of CLC blocks from foam concrete and polystyrene concrete of various size, density and purpose.
This lightweight concrete machine BAS500 is universal and allows to receive foam concrete, polystyrene concrete and other materials on the basis of a concrete mix. Mixer of the plant promote efficient mixing of concrete mass, intensive air entrainment and even distribution of all its components to obtain a homogeneous mixture, allows to create excess internal pressure with the help of an external air compressor with a capacity of 600 liters / min with a receiver of 100 liters (available separately) and feeding the mixture to the place of installation by means of compressed air.
BAS500 refers to mobile stations for the manufacturing and supply of foam concrete and foam polystyrene concrete and foam concrete mixes, for use directly on construction sites or in workshops for the production of foam concrete products (CLC blocks). Can work both permanently and mobile. To date, this installation is an indispensable thing for the construction of objects and also for the production of plaster mixtures. It can also be used for the production of foam concrete blocks (CLC blocks) and foam concrete with a density of 200 to 900kg /m3.
This powerful and reliable foam concrete machine is powered by a three-phase industrial main. This is usually 380 or 240 volts. With a current frequency of 50 or 60 hertz. Different countries have different electrical standards and therefore, before purchasing, you need to consult with a local electrical engineer to order a faucet with a motor designed for the power supply in your country. We can make a foam concrete machine with a motor designed for any voltage. But you must clearly understand that this must be a reliable industrial power supply. The civil power supply is not suitable for this foam concrete machine because it does not have the required power when used under load.
Using an electric generator
You can also use an electric generator as a source of electric energy. A tough electric generator must have a power x3 higher than the power of the motor installed on the machine. That is, the power of such an electric generator must be over 25 kW. As an options, we can produce a foam concrete machine without a motor at all. And you will buy and install the required motor in your country. This will significantly reduce machine costs and shipping costs. In this case, we will manufacture a motor mount specifically for your order.
Raw materials used for the production of lightweight concrete
Various materials can be used for the production of lightweight concrete. The composition of the materials and their proportions depend on the type of final solution. Usually for the production of foam concrete or polystyrene concrete are used:
- foaming agent
- polystyrene as an additive for polystyrene concrete
The fraction of materials should not exceed 5 mm.
Light weight and dimensions allow it to be transported in a trailer of a car like pick-up, which minimizes transportation costs. BAS500 is made in such a way that there is practically nothing to break. The only consumable in it is the graphite grease, which is sold in any technical store. Low cost of this equipment allows to reduce commercial risk of its operation to a minimum.
